These girls first built a model. They wanted to draw it on grid paper but knew they didn't have the skills to do it. So one of them said it would be easier to draw the net. They still were struggling to do that. I said them to picture where they would unfold the faces of the prism. I walked away to check on a few other groups. When I came back, the net was drawn and labelled. They looked very proud!
